Conditioning workout of the week
This weeks conditioning workout is super simple, but wickedly effective (read: will get you breathing like you’ve just outrun a tiger).
Sumo squat x5
Push up x5 (use an incline if necessary)
Rest only as much as you need to make sure technique is glorious.
Repeat for 5-10 rounds.
That’s 50 to 100 reps on each exercise.
