Conditioning circuit of the week
The conditioning today comes from part of my new program – The Strong Project. It completes one of the volume training days in phase 2 of the program.
Hindu pushup x 30s, rest 30s
KB swings x 30s, rest 30s
Rower x 30s, rest 90-120 seconds.
Repeat for 3 rounds.
