Terms and conditions

In person Personal Training


Payment of packs and subscriptions must be made before any 1 to 1 training sessions can begin.

8 and 12 packs must be used within 3 months of purchase, after which any remaining sessions may be forfeited. Packs are available for use from the day they are purchased.

Training sessions paid by subscription or Direct debit must be used within the calendar month or they will be forfeited.  Direct debit/ subscription services are paid on the 1st of every month, top up sessions can be purchased to cover the period up to your service starting.

If any extra (top up) sessions are required other and above the subscription amount, these can be paid for at the same session rate on an individual basis. For example in a 5 week month where you have paid for 4 sessions on subscription.


Subscription services carry a 3 month minimum commitment, after which they become a rolling month by month service.

Cancellations need to be made by email before the 25th of the month. Failure to do so may result in payments being collected for the next month.

If you need to cancel a booked session, you need to give at least 24 hours notice, failure to do so may result in you being charged for the session.

If, I need to cancel a booked session, I need to give you 24 hours notice.


If you are unable to continue personal training due to medical circumstances, please provide a letter from your doctor, and refunds or cancellation of subscriptions will then be processed.

Refunds are not given under any other circumstances.

If I am on holiday, or other wise absent, I will ensure your sessions for that month are completed. I may use another trainer to cover sessions if necessary. Refunds are not available for any unused sessions during these absences.


If I am late for a personal training session that I have booked with you by more than 10 minutes, you get a free session.

If you are more than 20 minutes late for a session, then you will either the session will be shortened by the appropriate time, or beyond 20 minutes, you may lose the session.

During the session.

If, during the session, you experience any pain, discomfort or injury, tell me immediately and I’ll ensure the appropriate action is taken.

If you have any issue that needs the attention of a health care professional, see to that issue before continuing the training sessions.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are unaware of any medical or other reason that would affect your ability to participate in personal training sessions.

Online training services

Online training services are offered with the understanding that you have accurately and honestly filled in the assessment forms  and PAR-Q in their entirety, and you have been cleared to train my your doctor.

Payments for the online training service are made on the 1st of the month and services are available for that calendar month. You may make a pro rata payment to cover the period up to your service starting.

The online personal training service is a month by month option.

If you have any technique, equipment or other issue that affects your training or health, it is your responsibility to let me know via email, website contact and other means.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you complete the programmed sessions, as they are designed and as scheduled.

Cancellations must be made via email no more than 1 week before the end of the calendar month. Failure to do so may result in payment being taken for the next month. The service will be made available but refunds are only made at my discretion.

Habit based nutrition coaching

Nutrition coaching is provided by me using Precision Nutritions ProCoach system.

It is an online only system, there is no in person coaching, except via phone or Skype, if circumstances require it. All other feedback is delivered via the ProCoach website by me.

Payment is due on the 1st of each calendar month, Services will begin on the first Monday after the 1st of your starting month.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you complete the scheduled sessions as they are delivered by the ProCoach system.

The program is designed to be a 12 month one. You are free to cancel at any time, by email, at least 1 week  before the end of the calendar month, the service will continue to be provided up until the last day of the month you have paid for and you will continue to receive the daily emails until then.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions that you will disclose any and all relevant issues in the assessment forms at the start of the coaching process.
