In this episode we look a some of the factors that affect the energy in side of the fat loss equation.
You often see the other side of calorie balance, the factors that affect energy out (BMR, NEAT, TEF and EAT) but we don’t often look at those on the other side. And I think it’s important to at least be aware of them because these often act as constraints or limiting factors in our ability to make good food choices.
I look at what I think are the 5 main factors and break those down for you.
And being aware of them allows you to find workarounds that help with your food choices and help you make better progress.
