Podcast 63: 5 tips to help you get back into the gym

The countdown to the gyms re-opening is well and truly on! With only a few days till the gyms here in Scotland re-open you may be thinking about getting back in there and lifting heavy things again. You may also(understandably) be feeling a little anxious about it.
