We often get caught up in focussing on the outcomes we want, which are usually out of our control, and fail to put in the effort and focus to those behaviours we can control and that will lead to those desired outcomes.
Switching your focus, letting go of the outcomes and putting more effort into becoming more consistent with your behaviours will transform your results.
I also go into the comparison trap, when comparison is good and where it’s bad. What you should focus on when comparing your progress to others and what to avoid in order to benefit from it.
