For episode 60 I thought it’d be fun to chat about 5 of the most common fitness myths that are still doing the rounds. There are tons of these kicking about but these are 5that I seem to hear the most and do no-one any favours when trying to figure out what they need to do to improve their nutrition.
I go into a bit of the history of these myths and then look at a bit of the research and common sense that debunks them. And, hopefully, it’ll help take some of the confusion out of nutrition and help you make more informed decisions to help you towards your goals.
