We think we like lots of freedom, at least when it comes to our work, food and training, but in reality, the more freedom we have the worse we perform.
Covid and the lockdowns (sounds like a band from the 70s…) has shown that working from home isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, eating what we want, when we want is probably not a great idea and training without some kind of framework is only going to result in you spinning your wheels.
Today I go over a few ideas to help you build a little more structure into these 3 areas and hopefully help you get more flexibility in your approach and make more progress
