In todays podcast I go into a question that is often overlooked when it comes to our training and body composition goals: What are you willing to give up in order to achieve them?
Every fitness goal has a trade off attached, if you are aiming for pure strength, you’ll be giving up some leanness and conditioning. If you are looking for purely aesthetics, then you’ll need to give up some performance and health qualities as you get leaner.
If your main aim is fat loss, then what are you willing to give up? You don’t need to live like a monk but you’ll undoubtedly have to give up some of the habits you currently have, at least to some degree.
