I’ve been a personal trainer since 2011, and in that time I’ve helped hundreds of men and women train smarter, with simple and effective tools that help them improve their fitness and enhance their life. By taking a long-term approach to both training and nutrition, I help each of my clients figure out how to make positive, sustainable changes to their lives. Changes that they truly love because of the way they improve their day, even when things don’t always go to plan.
When I’m not helping clients achieve their health goals, I’m usually found posting weightlifting tutorials on Instagram, taking my daughter for walks through the Hermitage, or sipping my way through Edinburgh’s best coffee (which may or may not include a pastry to go with it).
