Why choose online training?

If you already have the drive to get into the gym and push yourself and have reasonably good technique, then sometimes you just need some guidance on the program to keep you moving forward and getting great results.

Or perhaps you are put off getting a personal trainer due to the cost or location?

Technology allows us to communicate and provide you with a training program remotely, so you can benefit from the years of 1 to 1 in-person training I’ve used to develop my programs at a fraction of the cost!

As part of my online coaching group, you will receive regular contact to help you get the best out of the program, and if you are local to Edinburgh or the surrounding areas, you can upgrade your package to include monthly 1 to 1 sessions. This will help you improve technique, teach you new exercises and work on any other issues that may be holding you back from achieving your goals.

    Dave is my online PT and he has helped me achieve my fitness goals, I meet Dave every few months to work on technique. The workouts are tailored to what I want to achieve. He has helped me lose weight, tone up and train for a marathon. I have tried several other trainers and methods, Dave has been the most effective.

    I’d been doing my own thing in the gym for about a year and struggling with painful joints due to hypermobility. Dave saw me in person and devised a programme to follow online around my limitations to help strengthen the areas causing me pain. After only doing Dave’s programme a few weeks I have no pain and already feel stronger. The programme is varied and interesting and keeps me motivated rather than when I was doing the same old thing at the gym. Dave is incredibly knowledgeable in what he does and always happy to help with any questions. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

    I have been training with Dave for 3 years now and its one of the best decisions I have made for my health.
    I have some on going joint issues and we have worked hard to build strength and maintain mobility as much as possible while not aggravating any issues.
    Dave’s programmes are challenging and interesting, he explains technique in a way that helps you pick it up quickly and he uploads lots of videos to his YouTube channel if you ever need to a refresh on anything when you’re on your own.
    The nutritional advice is simple and easy to put into practice.
    I would 100% recommend Dave as a Personal Trainer
